Dean's of Huntly gets Investor In People Recognition
During a 33-year history Dean's of Huntly has built a remarkable list of achievements. The latest comes with the company's recognition as an Investor In People (IIP) “This achievement formally recognises our commitment to the training and development of our people and we have integrated the IIP standard as part of our long term strategy for the company” said Anne MacArthur, Human Resources Manager
Already accredited by the British Retail Consortium Dean's are fully committed to developing workforce skills and have used the IIP planning process to compliment the training and development programme already in place to achieve BRC. The plan focuses and delivers up to date skills to our people and will be a major factor in driving future success. Dean's work closely with external trainers and colleges to provide training including SVQ in food and drink and the ESOL qualification to improve the English speaking of our migrant workers.
