of Huntly sponsors Her Majesty's 80th Birthday Celebrations at Balmoral
Castle.
Dean's of Huntly is delighted
to announce its sponsorship of Her Majesty the Queen's official
80 th Birthday Celebration in Scotland.
‘ A Truly Scottish
Evening in the Grounds of Balmoral Castle' is the first
event of its kind to be held at the Queen's Scottish residence at
Balmoral on Royal Deeside.
The open-air extravaganza
will take place on 30 th June 2006 and will also raise much needed
funds for The Anthony Nolan Trust, a charity that helps fight leukaemia.
BBC Radio 2 presenter Ken
Bruce will compere the evening and the line-up includes international
and Scottish artists.
Classical singing sensation
Katherine Jenkins will be ably supported by Fiona Kennedy, Celtic
dancers, Mass Pipe & Drums (including the Huntly Pipe Band)
and The Graham Geddes Scottish Dance Band. The evening will conclude
with a spectacular fireworks and a breathtaking aviation display.
In addition to its financial
support of the event, Dean's will produce special edition shortbread
in honour of Her Majesty's birthday.
