COOK/EXPERIENCED KITCHEN ASSISTANT
You will be an experienced, dedicated, and disciplined Cook looking for a new challenge. Reporting to the Chef, you will assist in the day-to-day running of the kitchen operation ensuring the Company’s reputation for food quality is always maintained.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role will be to provide a professional catering service. You will be responsible for compiling food orders as well as creating and developing new food concepts.
You will ensure statutory Health & Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislation and procedures are adhered to.
You will be required to work a total of 74.5 hours per fortnight, working 9 days out of 14, and working every second weekend. There are no split shifts or evening working associated with this role.
You should be able to demonstrate a progressive background within the commercial catering environment and possess good communication skills. You should also be able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative. You will manage the kitchen team ensuring consistency in our offering across all shifts.
