Permanent Factory Operatives

These roles involve various tasks, on a rotational basis (to keep it interesting) within a fast-paced production environment working on one of our three shift patterns (some flexibility may be possible so please ask about this). Previous food processing experience is preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided. In addition to this you will be working in a modern factory that is bright, spacious, warm and smells delightful.
You should be able to demonstrate the following abilities: -
Communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written).
Be proactive and a good team player.
Have the ability to work flexible hours during peak periods of production and adapt to the needs of the business.
Have awareness of Health & Safety in the work environment.
Have a positive, can-do attitude and be willing to become multi-skilled within the production environment.
On completion of your initial probation which can be very fast based on your ability to integrate into the team and role you will benefit from paid breaks to enhance your overall package. There are numerous opportunities to develop your career within Dean’s.
