In our latest video interview we speak to Bistro Manager, Wendy Hyett.  Wendy joined Dean’s one year ago and has overseen the recent changes in the Bistro and our Gift Shop.

As Wendy explains on the video, it’s been a very busy year with lots of changes and improvements in both areas.  She talks about the launch and subsequent success of the Sunday Carvery, and the popularity of the daily Afternoon Teas.

Perhaps the biggest changes have occurred in the extended Gift Shop where there is now room for a much wider range of gifts.  Not only can you choose from a wide range of Dean’s products, there’s also a large variety of gift items such as handbags, jewellery, and with summer approaching, gifts for the garden.

All in all, it’s a good insight from Wendy about the changes, but she’s obviously not standing till, Wendy also touches on the final preparations for a new menu in the Bistro and some of the new stock that will be arriving in the shop in the coming weeks and months.

You can watch the interview with Wendy below.
