You will be an ambitious, dedicated and disciplined Head Chef looking for a new challenge. Reporting to the Visitor Center Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Catering operation within the Bistro. The main duties and responsibilities of this appointment will be to provide a professional catering service, ensuring that company standards are always maintained. Applicants will be responsible for menu planning, Health & Safety as well as having hands on involvement in food preparation and presentation. You will also be required to develop and evolve all services, ensuring regular adjustments and improvements are recommended and implemented.
You will be required to work 5 days out of 7 and have the flexibility to work different hours depending on the needs of the business as this is a 7 day a week operation.
You should be able to demonstrate a progressive background within the commercial catering environment and possess strong supervisory skills. You should be able to communicate with individuals at all levels within the business.
