The regular recipe features we publish on our website, Facebook & Twitter pages are always popular – we’ve covered everything from fruit cakes to cheesecakes and prawns to pasta. However, our scone recipe still sits head and shoulders above all the others. We published this recipe 4 years ago along with a short demo video with our brand manager Siobhan Ingram – we’re amazed that it’s now been viewed more than 40,000 times on youtube! Who knew scones were so popular? Well, actually, we did! Our café bistro sells well over 1000 freshly baked scones every month. Favourites with our customers include cherry & coconut, and traditional sultana or cheese – always warm from the oven, and with butter of course…..yum!
