As a wee surprise for all our lovely mums this Sunday how about this delicious idea using Dean’s Shortbread Petit Fours. Arrange shortbread petit fours on a pretty serving plate, then whip up some double cream with a little sugar, and maybe a wee drop of whisky ! Pipe a little swirl of cream onto each petit four, then top with a fresh raspberry and a light dusting of icing sugar. Put the kettle on and serve with a lovely cup of tea – happy mother’s day !
