Nightshift Area Key Operative Position

Huntly, Aberdeenshire
£41,000 per annum

We currently have a vacancy within our nightshift to work withing the Forming/Ovens area within Production.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day night production and staff within your area of responsibility and to look at improving production efficiencies without compromising on quality or hygiene.  In addition, you will support and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to undertake their roles.

You will work 4 nights per week, working 7pm – 5am, Monday to Thursday.

You should be able to demonstrate the following skills: -

Communicate effectively to team members and Supervisor.

Have a good understanding of production work processes.

An ability to learn machine operating skills.

Be proactive, flexible, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.

An ability to work well with others and foster teamwork.

Be able to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
