Enjoy a warm welcome at the home of Dean’s shortbread in Huntly. Located in the heart of Aberdeenshire, Huntly is a friendly town where you’ll find plenty space to relax.


While you’re here, take a walk along the tree lined avenue through the historic Simpson Arch, and admire the majestic ruins of Huntly Castle & the beautiful River Deveron which flows nearby. Or take a drive out of town and visit one of the many whisky distilleries nearby.


You’ll find Dean’s just off the A96 at Huntly, just follow the brown tourist signs.


Dean’s of Huntly is a five-star tourist attraction that includes The Bistro, The Gift Shop & The Coffee Stop in Huntly, Aberdeenshire. The Bistro & The Gift Shop are accessible via the ground floor of the main building, which has double doors opening to create a larger entrance. The Coffee Stop is located across from the main building in the car park.  Access is available to the downstairs area via doors on either side of the building.  There is an accessible toilet at ground level. Entry to all areas is via Steven Road, where there is a private car park with 41 free parking places, including 3 dedicated disabled parking spaces.

Access to The Gift Shop & The Bistro is via our main building on Steven Road. There is a ramp leading through to The Bistro from The Gift Shop.

A handrail is available to the right-hand side. We have a lift to enable access to the galleried 1st floor of The Bistro and viewing gallery which looks into our packing hall. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor. Maximum door width 800mm. An emergency assistance pull cord is fitted.




Buggies are welcome. We have baby changing facilities in the main building accessed via an 800mm wide door. High chairs are available in The Bistro and there is the use of a microwave for warming baby food or bottles. Assistance is available if required.
