Dean’s is a five-star tourist attraction that includes our Gift Shop and Bistro in Huntly, Aberdeenshire.
The Gift Shop and Bistro are accessible via the ground floor of the main building, which has double doors opening to create a larger entrance. There is an accessible toilet at ground level.
Entry to all areas is via Steven Road, where there is a private car park with 41 free parking places, including three dedicated disabled parking spaces.
We welcome guide dogs, hearing dogs and other recognised assistance dogs. ID badge must be shown.
WHEELCHAIR & MOBILITY SCOOTER USERS
Access to the Gift Shop and the Bistro is via our main building on Steven Road. There is a ramp leading through to the Bistro from the Gift Shop. A handrail is available to the right-hand side. We have a lift to enable access to the shop and viewing gallery on the first floor. The first floor viewing gallery looks into our packing hall and the ground floor viewing gallery looks into our bakery (Monday to Thursday only). There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor, door width 800mm. An emergency assistance pull cord is fitted.
ACCESS FOR PUSHCHAIRS
Pushchairs are welcome. We have baby changing facilities in the main building accessed via an 800mm wide door.
Highchairs are available in the Bistro and Coffee Stop, assistance is available if required.
