Nightshift Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor, who will be responsible for ensuring the nightshift operates with a safety focus culture, where quality targets and production schedules are met.  You will be responsible for decision-making and problem solving on mechanical or other technical issues during the night shift as well as ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all production paperwork.

You will work 4 nights per week, working 7pm - 5am, Monday to Thursday.

You should be able to demonstrate the following abilities: -

            Have an excellent working knowledge within a food production environment

            (ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader).

            Be proactive and a good team player.

            Desire to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

            Have an awareness of Health & Safety in the work environment.

            Ability to coach and train employees.

            Have a positive, can-do attitude.

            Problem solving skills.

            Communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written).
