You will be required to work 12 hours per fortnight, working every second weekend. There will also be the opportunity to work additional hours to cover holidays.  You will provide assistance in the preparation and production of food within the busy kitchen.   Are you someone that is keen to learn about hospitality and food then we want to hear from you. You should be able to demonstrate the following abilities: -

A good understanding of the food industry with Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable

An ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the business

Be proactive and a good team player with a smart appearance

Have excellent interpersonal skills and an upbeat, professional manner
