270ml Double Cream
2 tbsp Icing Sugar (optional to sweeten the cream)
Follow The Steps
Whisk the double cream until it is a firmer consistency (approx 1-2 minutes).
If adding in icing sugar, use a sieve and whisk until smooth.
Cut the strawberries into halves.
Spread the whipped cream onto the bottoms of the shortbread pieces.
Stack the cut strawberries on half of the biscuits and then sandwich them together with the other biscuits.
